Oat Porridge with Peanut Spread
You will only need:
- 200 ml of skimmed milk;
- 2 tbsp of oat bran;
- 1 chopped banana;
- 1 tbsp of Genius Nutz CASHEW or PEANUT SPREAD;
- Cinnamon powder to taste;
Directions:
In a pan, add the milk first and then add the other ingredients. Heat and mix until porridge texture is obtained. If you prefer a thinner or thicker porridge, just change the amount of milk for more or less, respectively.
Your porridge is ready! Just be careful not to become addicted.
