Dorayaki Light
Ingredients:
- Water 180 g
- Flour 00 240 g
- Erythritol 40 g
- Cocoa powder 80 g
- Eggs 2
- Baking powder for cakes 3 g
- Honey 20 g
TO GREASE THE PAN
- Seed oil q.b.
Preparation:
In a bowl mix the eggs with erythritol, flour and cocoa.
Then add the yeast, honey and water and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Cook the dorayaki in a pan and fill them with your favourite Genius Nutz cream.
