Peanut Spread - Vanilla cookies Pancake

Ingredients:

• 1 banana
• 2 eggs
• 2 Tablespoon of Genius Nutz peanut spread (you can use the flavor you want)

Directions: 

• Add the ingredients into a blender or mixer;
• Blend until a homogeneous texture is obtained;
• Prepare a greased skillet with coconut oil, over low heat;
• Pour the mixture and cover the pan for a few seconds.;
• When bubbles start to rise to surface, flip;
• Cook until golden brown on both sides and it’s ready!
