INGREDIENTS LIST:
- 300 ml Skimmed milk or vegetable Milk.
- 1 tablespoon of Cashew Nut Cream - Cookies & Cream.
- 2 tablespoon of Oat Flakes
- Ice
To make it even more protein packed and healthy, you can add:
1 Scoop of Whey Protein of your choice (best with chocolate or vanilla).
How to Prepare:
Add all ingredients into a mixer or blender and blend everything.
